This is an update to CSF’s “Ultimate” K-swap full size radiator for use in EG/EK 92-00 Civic and 94-01 Integra vehicle with K-series engine swap at competitive pricing!
Upper water neck placement has been relocated to allow fitment of all OEM and OEM-style K-series intake manifolds! No more TPS sensor-to-radiator water neck clearance issues (mainly with factory Honda RBC/RRC and Skunk2 intake manifolds), but is also compatible with factory K20A/A2/Z1 (PRB/PRC) intake manifolds that the previous CSF K-swap radiator was designed around.
Factory radiator fan mounting provisions have been removed to offer cleaner aesthetics (car show veterans should appreciate this). A slim fan is highly suggested to be used as the alternative.
Radiator end-tank thickness has been reduced from 3″ to 2″. This lowers overall weight, and allows better clearancing, yet still retains existing cooling features.
Drain has been relocated to the underside of the lower tank.

Upper tank has integrated threaded bung for the all new removable adapter bracket specifically designed for EG/EK Civic use. Factory or aftermarket EG/EK Civic upper radiator support bracket can be re-used.

*The Drop-In fitment can be thanked to the placement of the multiple stand-offs located on the bottom end tank. These stand-offs utilize the factory lower radiator mounting bracket points for all three chassis (EG/EK/DC2) use. Reusing the OEM lower mounting grommets is highly recommended for a clean and secure fitment.
** 92-00 Civic owners must remove the two lower A/C condenser brackets for CSF radiator fitment (see photo). Reuse of the factory lower mounting rubber grommets is highly suggested. A custom CSF upper radiator stay is included for 92-00 Civic use.
94-01 Integra owners can reuse all upper factory (or aftermarket) radiator stays and lower mounting rubber grommets.
“B-Tube” technology – unlike a regular oval shape “O” type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in a shape of a “B”. These “B-tubes” are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal “O” shape tubes that are welded.
The design (inlet in the middle of tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tube by approximately 15% over regular tubes. You get the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes vs. 1 large tube within the same space criteria. With “B-tubes” you are able to get “dual liquid laminar flow.”
High Efficiency Multi Louvered Fins – CSF uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in CSF’s wind-tunnel lab.
Why go full size?
For function and fashion sakes of course…but mainly for maximum cooling and peace of mind!
From a road racing perspective (data collected from our own reliable sources), a full size k-swap radiator has proven to show no fluctuations in temperature gauge activity in comparison to half-sized k-swap radiators during an all day event (especially during hot summer time racing). Half size radiators can show a rising needle during hotter summer time racing, especially if the big open space to the left of the radiator is left wide open. A full size rad doesn’t leave that space open, it utilizes it for cooling duties! Drag racing doesn’t necessarily require a full size radiator for the short amount of time spent in high rpm’s vs. road racing; and there’s also the weight difference factor for those dragger’s who are picky about weight. It’s a 50/50 call for drag use. For car show enthusiasts, a full size radiator helps complete the aesthetics of the engine bay by filling in the whole radiator area instead of just half. However, whichever radiator size you choose, either will work perfectly fine for daily use in your k-swapped Honda/Acura!
