The Hybrid Racing K-series fuel line kit is designed for legacy chassis’s (EG/EK/DC2) that utilizes a return system. So to get fuel to your K-Series engine swap, your going to need to retro fit a return system to the engine. It sounds complicated but HR has made a few different fuel line kits that are 100% bolt in.
This kit consist of 3 custom length lines with the appropriate fittings on the ends. The black kit is the most popular kit for its stealthy look and gets the job done perfect. The kit also comes with three -6AN unions, an adapter to connect to your OEM fuel filter and an adapter to connect to your hard line.
This kit is designed to route fuel lines to the a fuel pressure regulator that is mounted on the driver side shock tower, in front of the brake booster.
There is an optional “tucked” fuel line kit that is designed for those people looking to clean up their engine bay and eliminate the OEM fuel filter off of the firewall. This kit routes the fuel lines between the number 2 and number 3 runners and hugs the transmission as it makes its way to the regulator which you will mount below the brake booster (on the shock tower). This kit comes with a couple additional fittings and an inline fuel filter.
Note: the tucked kit only works with the Hybrid Racing Fuel rail which has the necessary port in the center of the rail.
